Mr. Bayat spearheads the establishment of the Company’s operations, leveraging his more than 12 years of extensive experience in residential construction management in Iran – from conceptualization, design, building permit processing, implementation, and close-out. Mr. Bayat has a license in housing mass production in Iran, which qualifies him to provide housing construction and support builders of small-size housing units with emphasis on housing complexes and mass production. From 2010 up to the present, he is working in the residential construction industry and successfully completed more than 8 residential construction projects in Iran, ranging from 5 to 12 housing units per project. Throughout his experience, Mr. Bayat developed his skills in management efficiency and construction project management through efficient coordination and detail-oriented approach. He performs routine quality and schedule inspection to ensure clients’ satisfaction and workplace safety. Recently, he established his own construction company Sadid Sakht Ramoun Hegmataneh Ltd, specializing in residential, commercial and infrastructure construction. Mr. Bayat aims to transfer his knowledge and skills to the Canadian workforce – both the technical and practical aspects to succeed in the market.

Mr. Bayat leads the Company’s overall operation in Canada. He is an experienced residential building contractor in Iran with over 12 years of experience in the construction sector. Mr. Bayat devoted his professional career in providing quality work and on time delivery in the residential building construction industry. Mr. Bayat is detail-oriented and exceptionally skilled in executing construction plans and managing construction projects. Mr. Bayat aspires to improve his technical skills and at the same time add value to the Canadian construction industry by transferring his expertise to the Canadian workforce.
Mr. Bayat’s passion in the construction industry started with doing administrative works like processing building permits and assisting civil engineers in project management. Through hard work and perseverance, Mr. Bayat developed extensive knowledge in construction planning and implementation. He obtained technical skills and practical knowledge in dealing with construction issues such as budget, schedule, and quality.
